Yes, this is officially one hell of a well-done, polished, finished artwork of mastery.

This was done on ArtRage 2.5 for the first 25 hours, then moved to be finished in Photoshop CS3 Extended for 5 more hours, so that makes 30 hours.

I added star and galaxy to really touch up the picture to it's potential, since I know how much you love astronomy Kedzuel...

The Elite flying on a fight style is Telek 'Heros; The lovable drunken, badass sangheili pirate, hence how the name works. The tiny metal bar behind his belt on the right side of the edge is his modified magnum, but it's a bit hard to see. Anways, I loved how I pulled off the Canyon setting on Sanghelios, and the sword looks good enough to range out the colors and lightning.

Now this particular piece of work I did was for 's contest, as an entry, love.

Last, I want to say that I was happy with the way it turned out in the end, after a month of true digital art experience with my first artwork from my ArtRage program.

EDIT: The Elite has absolutely *no* contrast with his surroundings, which makes him difficult to view as a subject. And, two, something seems a bit off about his free hand. Also, the eye seems a bit contrary to the lighting, as it is facing away from the only visible light-source, and it wouldn't be shining like that. But it adds a certain amount of flair to the picture, so I really can't complain.

I decided to add the eye to be easily visible so everyone can see how he's different amongst all other elites. That twink is just how rough he can be. His free hand does have something I see when I was painting it. Some of his fingers, including the end thumbs, are at different angles and positions, making one short/stubbish, and the other in a flat edge. The wrist was a bit fixed so it wasn't scrawny, although I didn't make the hand too detailed to actually put in the precise colors and brightness, along with the textures to flesh it out, but the light source isn't poorly done.
